Step 1: Book Your Appointment
Choose from any of our three spa packages, which all start with a Hands-On Pet Assessment (H.O.P.A). This initial appointment is our chance to get to know you and your furbaby better! We’ll discuss your ideas, preferences, and any specific details you have in mind to capture your pet’s unique personality. This step is essential to ensure we fully understand your vision and create a look that you will love!

Step 2: Perform an At-Home Test Patch
You'll receive a small container of the vegan dye along with simple instructions on:
How to apply it
Where to apply it
How long to leave it on and how to rinse off.
This test patch is an important step to make sure your furbaby doesn’t have any allergic reactions to the vegan dye. We do this to ensure their safety and comfort, which are always our number one priority.

Step 3: Begin Creative Grooming
If everything looks good and there's no irritation from the test patch, we'll get started on the creative grooming design of your choice!
