CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO SHOWS
We kindly request your understanding that when appointments are forgotten or canceled without ample notice, it impacts our ability to fill that time slot, and clients on our waiting list miss out on our services. As each appointment is reserved specifically for your pet, we adhere strictly to the following policies:
No fees will be applied for cancellations or reschedules made with 48 hours or more notice.

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of
the reserved service amount.
​
No shows or same-day cancellations will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.
​
Clients who have missed a previous appointment will be required to pre-pay for their next grooming session, with payment being non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please text the salon at (813) 951-2939. Kindly provide your name, your dog's name, and the date and time of the appointment you wish to reschedule or cancel.
